On Sunday, 18th February 2024, Ebix Australia conducted a Disaster Recovery Test, focusing on key production environments including Sunrise Transaction Engine, eBusiness Portal, and Online Quoting. The objective was clear: to simulate a disaster scenario and assess the effectiveness of the recovery protocols in place.

 

We are thrilled to report that the Disaster Recovery Test was successful. Despite the simulated crisis, Ebix Australia’s teams demonstrated efficiency and resilience in restoring the essential systems.
