  • CBS Mobile

    Ebix's CBS broking system can now be accessed from wherever you are via the CBS Mobile app.

    Providing access to client, policy, claims and basic accounting information is only the beginning for the mobile road warrior (or insurance professional). Being able to easily access all of the relevant information about your clients while out of the office is important but CBS Mobile provides a new level of business support while you are on the move.

  • Essential Technology

    The inquiry facilities deliver the same level of access and functionality as when you are in the office. Access all levels of data, including Client Notes and Diary Tasks (CBS Mobile Only); view policy detail, including the Coverage Summary; check on the status of claims and even verify current accounting information.

    The Coverage Summary annotate facility allows you to record changes to the level of cover or update policy and risk details when reviewing policies with your clients. These changes can then be immediately forwarded by email to your office for support staff to action. You also have the option of sending a confirmation email to yourself or others to help manage the changes. This facility takes client servicing and responsiveness to a new level. Processing delays become a thing of the past.
