With SmartOffice's modular design, a flexible pricing system is available so that you only pay for the functionality that each user needs.

For WinBEAT, CBS and eGlobal users, we've included the most important modules for insurance broking so that you save even more. And we won't lock you into any long term contracts. If you're not happy with SmartOffice (but we know you will be), you are free to cancel any time after the first three months. 




This is a leads distribution system. Leads are imported through a CSV file and this module distributes them to your brokers or sales people (SmartOffice users). This tool helps you be more discerning with your lead distribution, and has admin/user ability to revoke or reject leads.


This module enables opportunity processes to be set up and followed through by your brokers or sales team. These processes aid them in navigating leads successfully through the sales pipeline.


Enter, track & report on client insurance policies. Enter an insurer, their products and policies. (Availability of this module is dependent on integration with Ebix broking systems. Please enquire to confirm your broking system is integrated with SmartOffice).


Enter, update & follow-up on pending cases to ensure that all underwriting & delivery requirements are met on time.

SmartOffice Anywhere

SmartOffice Anywhere is an app which provides quick, real-time viewing of information within SmartOffice via your smartphone, tablet or laptop. Perfect for those who require access to client information on the road.


Investment tracking to help clients meet their financial goals using SmartOffice's asset allocation tools. Track the performance of client holdings & compare account growth to market indicators.

From intitial marketing outreach & attendee registration, to on-site planning, lead tracking and follow up activities, SmartEvents will help you manage every aspect of event and conference planning.
