What are WinBEAT Training Credits?Your WinBEAT Support Contract includes an annual WinBEAT Training Credit which is based on the number of WinBEAT users you pay for.
- 1-10 users provides one training credit per annum
- 11-20 users gives you two training credits per annum
- 21+ users includes three training credits per annum
One scheduled training course is equal to one training credit.
When did my WinBEAT Training Credits start?WinBEAT Training Credits commenced from the date you first started using WinBEAT.
When are my Training Credits allocated?Training credits are allocated to your account on receipt of your WinBEAT subscription.
For example, on receipt of your quarterly 1-10 user WinBEAT subscription, your account is credited with a 0.25 credit, representing one quarter of an annual training credit. If you have selected to pay half-yearly, your account is credited with a 0.5 credit.
How many credits do I need to do a course?
Your WinBEAT Training Credit balance must have at least 0.5 credit for eligibility for one scheduled course for one person. As scheduled training courses are valued at 1.0 training credits per person, your account will be debited towards payment of the selected scheduled training course. This means that if you had a balance of 0.5 points before taking up a credit, your balance would be minus 0.5 points (-0.5) after the allocation of your selected scheduled training course.
How can I use my Training Credits?
Training credits may be applied to any of the following training services:
- Scheduled Classroom training: as published on our web site. Course names, dates and venues are available well in advance at www.ebix.com.au
- WebEx training course: consisting of 3 x 60 minute sessions or 4 x 45 minute sessions depending on topics selected.
- On Site Consulting or Training: a credit valued at $350 (excluding GST) towards the cost of on site training or consulting (subject to availability). To take advantage of this option, your account balance must be at least 1.0 credit at the time of application.
How long do my Training Credits last?Training credits are valid for a period of 18 months from the date of allocation. Any unused training credits are automatically forfeited. In other words, you cannot 'save' your training credits for three years then use them all at once. We run our WinBEAT Training Courses Australia-wide to ensure that all of our customers have an opportunity to attend a training course at least once each year.
