WinBEAT4 Training Courses
WinBEAT4 has been rolled out across Australia and we have completed our Transition to WinBEAT4 training.
We have scheduled our new WinBEAT4 training courses through to June 2012. You will be invited by email to attend the training courses however you can make a premliminary bookng via our email below.

Webex Training 
Webex training is widely utilised by our customers as it offers an excellent alternative when classroom or on-site training is not available or practical. Webex training provides instructor led, customised, web-based training designed to satisfy your specific requirements. We use Webex extensively for introductory level training as well as some support issues.
We also now offer Webex Modules that you can take up on an as-required basis. Webex modules allow you to book either a 30 or 60 minute training session that will comprehensively cover a particular module or topic within WinBEAT.

WinBEAT Training & Consulting
We also offer a range of customised training solutions.
On-site Training: On-site training may be conducted on an individual or group basis. Training can be conducted as a standard classroom format or customised to suit individual needs, or your specific business requirements.
One on One Training: Our professional trainers are experienced in training one or two of your staff ensuring that they gain the skills and knowledge to utilise the many features of WinBEAT on a day to day basis.
Group Training: We can schedule a course exclusively for your business. Group courses can follow our standard training modules or we will customise the content and delivery to meet your specific needs. Group training is most effective for groups of four up to a maximum of eight.
WinBEAT Consulting: We also offer consulting with one of our senior consultants who have extensive knowledge both of WinBEAT and the insurance industry. Consulting is beneficial if you have specific requirements and do not want a structured training course.
WinBEAT Operational Review
WinBEAT Operational Review aims to identify how you are currently using WinBEAT within your business and what workflow improvements can be implemented.
WinBEAT Operational Reviews are performed by our senior staff that have many years of insurance and software experience.
On completion of your Operational Review a detailed report is prepared outlining our recommendations. There are many benefits including:
- Identifying areas of WinBEAT that are not being utilised to enhance efficiency for your business
- Identifying areas where your staff lack understanding of the product or process
- Determining the specific training needs of your staff in order to provide long-term, structured skill development
