NOTICE

You have selected to access the Sunrise Module called "Sunrise Online Quoting" on behalf of an insurance intermediary ("CUSTOMER").

EbixExchange Australia Pty Ltd ("EbixExchange") is willing to allow the CUSTOMER to access Sunrise Online Quoting, on the terms set out in:

  • the existing contract between EbixExchange and the CUSTOMER for Sunrise Exchange Services; and
  • the Sunrise Online Quoting Terms and Conditions set out below ("Terms and Conditions").

Sunrise Online Quoting will only be made available to the CUSTOMER on the condition that you have read and accept all the Terms and Conditions. By clicking the "I Accept" button, you will be deemed to have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions for and on behalf of the CUSTOMER.

If you do not agree to accept the Terms and Conditions on behalf of the CUSTOMER, you must click "Cancel" and the CUSTOMER will not be able to access Sunrise Online Quoting.

Sunrise Online Quoting TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RECITALS

  1. "Sunrise Online Quoting" is a Sunrise Module that is made available by EbixExchange Australia Pty Ltd ("EbixExchange") as a component of Sunrise Exchange.
  2. The insurance intermediary identified during the online ordering process as the customer ("CUSTOMER") seeks to access Sunrise Online Quoting by licensing the number of seats selected for the CUSTOMER during the online ordering process.
  3. EbixExchange and the CUSTOMER have entered into a Sunrise Exchange Agreement ("Agreement").
  4. EbixExchange will provide the CUSTOMER with access to Sunrise Online Quoting on the terms of the Agreement and these Sunrise Online Quoting Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions").
  5. By accessing and using Sunrise Online Quoting, the CUSTOMER will be deemed:
    • to have accepted, and agreed to be bound by, the Terms and Conditions; and
    • to have agreed to subscribe to Sunrise Online Quoting, on the terms set out in the Agreement and the Terms and Conditions.

OPERATIVE PROVISIONS

    Definitions
  • 1.1
    Terms used but not defined in these Terms and Conditions have the same meaning as terms defined in the Agreement.
  • 2.
    Sunrise Online Quoting
  • 2.1
    Subject to the CUSTOMER complying with the terms set out in the Agreement, and the Terms and Conditions, EbixExchange will allow the CUSTOMER to use Sunrise Online Quoting by accessing the number of Licensed Seats ordered online and subsequently paid for by the CUSTOMER.
  • 2.2
    The CUSTOMER will pay to EbixExchange the applicable fee specified during the online ordering process on Telstra eBusiness' website at http://www.sunriseexchange.com/onlinequoting, for the number of Licensed Seats selected for the CUSTOMER during that online ordering process.
  • 3.
    Governing Law
  • 3.1
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
  • 4.
    General
  • 4.1
    If there is an inconsistency between the provisions of the Agreement and the Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Terms and Condition govern to the extent of the inconsistency.
