Ebix Australia has released a revised Whitepaper outlining the new legislative changes relating to the Data Collection and Reporting requirements for all AFS Licensees.
This document has been compiled based on information from APRA, ASIC, Treasury, NIBA and a number of participating Brokers (co-ordinated through NIBA). The White Paper is generic to all applications affected by these new changes. APRA are due to provide a media release providing their instructions for these requirements, refer to the APRA Website
