The following payment options are available to enable fast and secure invoice payments. You can use BPAY or Direct Deposit from your own banking system, pay by cheque or utilise our secure Online Payment Gateway Credit Card payment facility.
BPAY
To pay via BPAY use the Biller Code and reference number on the front of your invoice.
Direct Deposit (EFT)
Ebix bank and account number details are detailed on the front of your invoice. Please note this option is not available for all payments. To ensure that your payment is correctly allocated please enter your invoice number as a reference.
Cheque
Make cheques payable to Ebix Australia Pty Ltd and send to the address shown on the front of your invoice.
Online Credit Card
Payments can now be made by Mastercard, Visa or American Express for selected Ebix services. If your invoice displays a credit card payment option, use the link below make a payment. In line with industry practice, payments by credit card will attract a surcharge.
